From Zero to Noticed: How TheraSuites TX Built a Real Social Media Presence in 60 Days

Let me tell you about the kind of client that gets me genuinely excited to open my laptop in the morning.

TheraSuites TX is a wellness brand doing something really special. Great service, incredible concept, and a team that genuinely cares about the people they serve. The only problem? Their social media wasn't telling that story.

They had accounts. They had content. What they didn't have was a strategy. And without strategy, even the best content just disappears into the void.

So we fixed that.

Where They Started

When we first connected, TheraSuites TX had a social presence that was more placeholder than powerhouse. Posts were going up but without a clear content framework, consistent brand voice, or a system designed to actually grow. Engagement was nearly nonexistent and reach was minimal.

Before a single post went live, we went back to basics.

I started with a full audit of everything they had, looking at what was performing, what wasn't, and more importantly why. From there we built a content strategy from the ground up including a defined brand voice, a repeatable content framework, and a structured posting plan across both Instagram and TikTok.

The Results (And Yes, The Numbers Are Real)

Here's where it gets fun. Over 60 days, from February 25 to April 25, here's what happened.

TikTok

Post views went from nearly nothing to 18,000, a 1,431% increase. Profile views hit 642, up 903%. Likes climbed to 1,115, which is a 1,564% jump. Shares came in at 127 and comments at 43, both growing by hundreds of percent.

But the number I'm most proud of? New viewers reached 12,000, up 1,525%. That means real people who had never heard of TheraSuites TX before found them organically through content. No paid ads. No gimmicks. Just strategy doing its job.

87% of that reach came directly from the For You Page, which tells you the content was built to perform on the platform, not just to exist on it.

Instagram

Accounts reached hit 948, up 108%. Total interactions came in at 225, with 19% of those coming from people who didn't even follow the account yet, meaning the content was pulling in brand new eyes. Total views landed at 5,240 across posts, stories and reels.

The audience skewing heavily female on both platforms (93% on TikTok, 68% on Instagram) and landing strongest in the 35 to 54 age range on Instagram tells us the content found exactly the right people. That doesn't happen by accident. That's targeting built into the strategy from day one.

What This Actually Means

Numbers are great. But here's the real takeaway.

TheraSuites TX went from a brand with a social presence that wasn't working to one with a content system, a clear voice, a growing audience, and momentum. In 60 days.

They didn't need more posts. They needed a plan.

And that's true for most small businesses. The effort is usually already there. What's missing is the strategy behind it, the intentional decisions about who you're talking to, what you're saying, and how you're showing up consistently enough for people to actually notice.
